摘要
主要介绍了迁钢板坯连铸高碳钢开发实践,结合迁钢工艺和装备特点叙述了高碳钢生产过程中的工艺技术控制要点。通过控制连铸拉速0.9~1.1 m/min,低过热度控制,合适性能的结晶器保护渣,二冷配水优化,高碳钢铸坯表面裂纹和角裂得到了明显的改善。同时对铸坯偏析进行了研究,采用较大压下量、合理二冷制度,获得了内部质量较好的铸坯。
Introduced the development practices of high-carbon steel during continuous casting in Qian' an steel compa- ny, the key points of production process technology were also introduced combined with equipment features. The cast- ing speed was 0.9-1.1 m/rain. The low superheat, appropriate performance mold powder and secondary cooling optimiz- ing were applied in this paper, so the slab surface defects and comer cracks were significantly improved. The better in- ner quality slabs were obtained through using a larger dynamic soft reduction and the reasonable secondary cooling.
