二次冷却和结晶器电磁搅拌对SWRH82B碳偏析的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了二冷汽雾冷却和全水冷却条件下拉速、比水量和结晶器电磁搅拌对SWRH82B碳偏析指数的影响。结果表明:二冷汽雾冷却条件下,比水量为1.16和1.25 L/kg时,拉速1.7 m/min与末端电磁搅拌位置最匹配,且随比水量由0.94增大到1.25 L/kg,碳偏析指数由1.17降低到1.10,提高结晶器电磁搅拌电流由250 A到350 A,碳偏析指数改善不明显;对二冷由汽雾冷却向全水冷却实施改造,得出比水量为1.6 L/kg,拉速为1.7 m/min,结晶器电磁搅拌350 A/3Hz为最佳参数,铸坯中心碳偏析平均指数达到最小值1.05。 Effects of continuous casting process parameters including casting speed,second cooling water ratio and EEMS parameters on the center segregation of SWRH82 B billets under the condition of water-gas mixed and full water cooling were investigated.The results showed that in the case of cooling ration of 1.16 L/kg and 1.25 L/kg,the casting speed 1.7 m/min was the most suitable for the F-EMS,and the water ration increase from 0.94 L/kg to 1.25 L/kg,the carbon segregation index decreased from 1.17 to 1.10.Increasing the electromagnetic stirring current from 250 A to 350 A,the improvement of carbon segregation index was not obvious.By changing she secondary cooling spray nozzle from air-water mixed to water only,it was shown that the optimal secondary cooling intensity was 1.6 L/kg,the optimal casting speed was1.7 m/min,E-EMS current intensity was 350A/3HZ,then the carbon segregation reached a minimum value of 1.05.
