摘要
就异型坯铸坯质量较板坯和方坯常规坯型容易出现缺陷的现象,从异型坯连铸设备和异型坯连铸工艺特点方面分析了原因,并总结了解决异型坯相应铸坯缺陷的方向,最后提出在异型坯连铸设计工程中需重点考虑的事项。
According to the beam blank quality defects that easily produced than slab or bloom,this paper analysed the reasons from the beam blank caster and their characteristics,and summarized the methods that solved the cast product defect.Finally some key points that design the beam blank caster were presented.
