维生素D受体基因多态性与种植体周围骨丧失的相关性在伴或不伴有牙周炎中国人群中的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究证实,维生素D受体基因多态性与骨密度(BMD)或牙周炎的易感性相关。种植体周围骨丧失是导致种植体失败的主要原因。有关VDR基因多态性与种植体周围骨吸收的研究较少。本研究的目的是探讨VDR基因多态性与种植体周围骨吸收的关系。方法:共有156名患者(共250枚种植体)纳入本研究。分四组:(1)牙周炎(+)种植体周围骨吸收超出种植体成功标准(+)组(P(+)B(+)组),30名患者,50枚种植体(2)P(+)B(-)组,58名患者,96枚种植体。(3)P(-)B(+)组,32名患者,44枚种植体。(4)P(-)B(-)组,36名患者,60枚种植体。DNA提取纯化后,VDR基因TaqⅠ和BsmⅠ位点多态性采用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法分析。比较组间基因型和等位基因频率的差异。结果:TaqⅠ或BsmⅠ位点基因型和等位基因频率在慢性牙周炎组与或非牙周炎组无显著差异。结论:VDR基因TaqⅠ或BsmⅠ位点的基因多态性对慢性牙周炎患者或非牙周炎患者种植体周围骨吸收无显著影响。 Objective: Until now, the relationship between vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphism and bone mineral density (BMD) or periodontitis has been demonstrated in a number of studies. Implant bone loss which has similar pathological changes to periodontitis is a main factor for implant failure. There are few studies about the correlation between the VDR gene polymorphism and implant bone loss. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between VDR gene polymorphism and im- plant bone loss. Methods: One hundred and fifty-six patients who had two hundred and fifty dental implants, were divided into four groups: (1) the group of P(+)B(+), 30 individuals whose implant bone loss was beyond the success criteria of implant success also suffered from periodontitis. 50 implants were contained. (2) the group of P(+)B(-), 58 individuals whose implant bone loss was not beyond the success criteria of implant success just suffered from periodontitis. 96 implants were contained. (3) the group of P (-)B (+), 32 individuals whose implant bone loss was beyond the success criteria of implant success didn't suffer from periodontitis. 44 implants were contained. (4) the group of P (-)B (-), bone around implant and periodontal condition of 36 individuals are very well. 60 implants were contained.After DNA collection and purification, the Taq I and Bsm I of VDR polymorphism analysis was per- formed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLP). The dif- ference of genotype and the variation of allele frequencies were analyzed. Results: The genotypes or al- lele frequencies of Taq I or Bsm I were not significant different between two periodontal groups or two non- periodontal groups. Conclusions: The genotype or allele of Taq I SNP or Bsm I SNP have no significant effect on the incidence of bone healing in periodontal patients or non- periodontal patients.
