微种植体支抗矫治上颌牙性中线不齐的临床应用

Clinical study of treatment of dental midline discrepancies by microscrew implant anchorage

目的:探讨利用微种植体支抗矫治上颌牙性中线不齐的临床应用效果。方法:选择20例上颌中线偏斜的正畸患者,在非中线偏移侧的第一磨牙近中颊侧植入一颗微种植钉作为支抗,链状圈牵引置于侧切牙与尖牙间的牵引钩,对于中线偏斜严重的患者在偏斜侧的尖牙和第一前磨牙间放置推簧,整体调整上颌中线。矫治后,利用X线头影测量及模型测量分析矫治效果。结果:20例上颌中线偏移的患者上下中线对正,与面中线一致,牙弓对称性均得到明显的改善,患者对矫治效果满意。结论:单侧植入微种植体支抗可以发挥强支抗的作用,能有效地矫治牙性中线偏斜。

Objective： To investigate therapeutic effect of microscrew implant anchorage for maxillary uenu- tion midline deviation. Method： 20 adult patients with maxillary dentition midline deviation were treat- ed with strai＇ght wire appliance. The microscrews were implanted between maxillary second premolar and first molar with non-deviation side with a corrective force, the deviation side in need were placed with pushing spring between cuspid and first premolar. The effect were observed and analyzed by cephalom etrics. Results： All the microscrew implants remained stable. All the upper dental arth reached the ~symmetrical effect. Most patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effects. Conclusion： Microscrew implant can provide strong anchorage without losing the anteriolr anchorage and correct maxillary deritition midline deviation effectively.
