摘要 目的:探讨Osstem MS一段式种植体用于小间隙的种植修复临床效果。方法:在我科接受种植治疗的缺牙间隙小于5.5mm的142例患者,植入Osstem MS一段式种植体154枚,修复完成后6个月复诊,观察方法为X线检查和临床检查,采用Wheeler存留标准评估,用生存分析的寿命表法统计。结果:种植体失败7枚,其中2颗在愈合期内,累计存留率达95.30%。结论:小于5.5mm缺牙间隙采用Osstem MS一段式小直径种植体种植修复可以取得良好的临床效果。 Objective: To analyze the effect of Osstem MS one-part form implant in treatment of repair of edentulous. Methods: 154 Osstem MS one-part form implants were implanted in 142 less than 5.5mm narrow edentulous space of patients. In a 6-month follow-up, the repair conditions were observed by X-ray and clinical examinations, evaluated by the wheeler survival standard, and statistically analyzed by the life table method. Results: Among the 7 failed implants, 2 failed during the healing period and were considered as early failures. The survival edentulous space by Osstem MS one-part form rate was 95.30%. Conclusion: Less than 5.5mm narrow implant reparation can be made good for clinical effect;
