摘要
从天然材料改性产物、合成材料两方面,就近两年来国内钻井液处理剂的研究及应用情况进行了介绍。从近期的研究看,在天然材料改性处理剂方面主要涉及淀粉、木质素、腐殖酸、玉米秸秆的改性;在合成材料方面,烯类单体聚合物处理剂研究最多,且主要是AMPS与其他单体的共聚物。合成材料包括合成聚合物和其他改性处理剂,合成聚合物包括阴离子型聚合物和两性离子聚合物,其他处理剂包括防塌抑制剂、润滑剂、发泡剂、堵漏剂、油基钻井液处理剂。油基钻井液处理剂的快速发展使国内钻井液处理剂由以水基钻井液为主逐步向水基、油基钻井液处理剂并重迈进。今后处理剂研究的重点是新材料研发、成果转化,并充分利用生物质资源,开发绿色高效的钻井液处理剂,加快处理剂转化与推广,探索树形聚合物处理剂开发,提高处理剂研究的针对性和适用性,以促进钻井液技术进步。
The development and application of drilling fluid additives in recent two years in China were intro- duced from the aspects of modified products by natural materials and synthetic materials.Recent research shows that the modification of the natural material is mainly on the starch,lignin and humie acid and corn stalk;for the synthetic materials,allyl monomer polymer processing agent was researched at most and it is copolymer between AMPS and other monomer mainly.The synthetic materials consist of synthetic polymer and other additives,the former includes anionic polymer and zwitterionic polymer,the latter includes anti-sloughing inhibitor,lubricant,foaming agent,plugging agent and oil-based drilling fluid additives.After rapid development of the oil-based drilling fluid additives,it is researched together with water-based drilling fluid additives gradually rather than the water-based drilling fluid additives mainly in China.The key of the future research on the additives is the development of new material and commercialization.Green and efficient drilling fluid additives should be developed by utilizing biomass resources fully,which should be popularized quickly.Den- drimers additives are trying to be developed.The research on the additives should be applicable to promote the progress of drilling fluid technology.
