摘要
火炬系统用来处理石油化工装置中无法收集和再加工的可燃气体或蒸汽,是保证安全生产、减少环境污染的重要措施。火炬管网将装置排放的火炬气安全输送到火炬,是火炬系统的重要组成部分。MTO(甲醇制烯烃)装置以甲醇为原料生产聚合级乙烯和丙烯,其火炬排放量较大,因此,合理设计火炬系统和计算火炬管网非常重要。近年来,国外模拟软件已成为工程设计的重要辅助工具,在国际上使用最广泛的是AspenTech公司开发的FlareNet软件,用于火炬和泄放网络的水力学设计和分析。根据约束条件,对国内某300kt/a MTO项目计算结果进行分析和优化。通过与已建成的同等能力的MTO装置的火炬总管尺寸和安全阀型式进行比较,证明采用该软件,较传统的手工计算方法更快捷和有效,可以准确进行MTO装置管网的设计和安全阀选型。
Flare system is used to deal with flammable gases or vapors that cannot be collected or reprocessed in petrochemical plants.It is a major measure to ensure safe production and reduce environment pollution.As an essential part of the flare system ,flare pipe network safely transfers flare gases discharged from the plants to the flare.MTO (methanol to olefins) plant takes fresh methanol as the feed to produce polymer grade ethy- lene and propylene ,and a large amount of gas is vented to the flare ,so it is very important to reasonably design the flare system and calculate the flare pipe network.In recent years,foreign simulation software has become an important tool for engineering design.The most widely used software is FlareNet developed by As- penTech,which is mainly for the hydraulic design and analysis of flare and discharge network.The calculation results of a 300kt/a MTO plant in China were analyzed and optimized according to the constraint conditions, and the size of flare header and the type of pressure safety valve were compared with those of the existing MTO plants with the same capacity.The results show that using FlareNet,the calculation is more rapid and effective than the traditional manual calculation,and the design of flare pipe network and the type selection of pressure safety valve can be accurately carried out.
