摘要
石化装置中,异种钢连接常见。在高温工况下,异种钢管道焊接焊缝质量要求高,管道强度及管道应力应满足高温工况条件,控制不好焊缝处易发生开裂。结合高温异种钢管道焊缝开裂的实际案例,分析开裂原因,并提出处理方案,即高温工况下,异种钢通过法兰连接,但应核算异种钢法兰密封面的膨胀量。
Dissimilar steel pipes are often used in petrochemical plant. The quality of welding seam of dissimilar steel is highly required under high temperature. Piping strength and stress should meet the high temperature working cases,otherwise the seam is easy to crack. A solution was presented that the dissimilar steel could be flange connected, provided that the expansion of flange sealing surface should be verified.
