摘要
介绍化肥装置10 k VⅠ段进线断路器出现不明原因跳闸的故障,根据故障发生时系统运行方式、各设备动作情况、逻辑分析、故障事件记录等,从不同角度对该断路器跳闸原因进行分析,提出处理措施,从而保证设备的正常运行。
This paper analyzed the reason of unidentified trip of 10 kV incoming circuit breaker for am- monia and urea plant from aspects of system operation mode, action of each equipment when such trip occurs, logic analysis and failure records ,etc. ,and presented solutions to restore the normal operation of the equipment.
