介绍AT27×12.00-14 8PR I-3D全地形无内胎轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径655 mm,断面宽330 mm,行驶面宽度260 mm,胎圈着合直径355 mm,胎圈着合宽度256 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.922 9,花纹深度15.5 mm,花纹饱和度42.5%,花纹周节数50。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用4层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用胶囊反包、指形正包成型机成型,液压式B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到相关设计和国家标准要求。
The design on AT27× 12.00- 14 8PR I-3D all terrain tubeless tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 655 ram, cross-sectional width 330 mm, width of running surface 260 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 355 mm, bead width at rim seat 256 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0. 922 9, pattern depth 15.5 mm, block/total ratio 42.5%, and number of pattern pitches 50. In construction design, the following processes were taken:using two-formula and three-piece structure for tread,2 layers of 1400dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply,4 layers of 1400dtex/3 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass,and using turn-up building bladder to build tire and hydraulic vulcanizing machine to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of the design and national standards.
