非公路型轮胎胎侧胶配方的优化设计

摘要 对非公路型轮胎胎侧胶的配方进行优化,得到最佳配方如下:顺丁橡胶70,丁苯橡胶1500 30,炭黑N33055,氧化锌3,硬脂酸1,防老剂RD 1.5,防老剂4020 2.5,石蜡1,微晶蜡1.5,芳烃油4,防焦剂CTP 0.2,硫黄1.8,促进剂NS 0.7。采用优化配方后,胶料的加工性能和综合物理性能较好,耐臭氧老化性能和外观变色性改善。 The sidewall compound of non highway tire was optimized. The optimized formula was as follows:BR 70, SBR1500 30,carbon black N330 55,zinc oxide 3,stearic acid 1,antioxidant RD 1.5,antioxidant 4020 2.5,paraffin wax 1,microcrystalline wax 1.5,aromatic oil 4, anti-scorching agent CTP 0, 2, sulfur 1.8, and accelerator NS 0.7. By using the optimized formula, the processability and comprehensive physical properties of the compound were better, and the ozone aging resistance and color-change resistance were improved.
