摘要
研究改性植物油在冬季轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:植物油系增塑剂以75%~80%的比例替代石油系增塑剂,胶料具有更为优异的低温性能;植物油系增塑剂中,改性植物油的综合性能最佳,胶料在低温硬度、低温模量、低温硬度保持率以及低温模量保持率方面都表现最优;在冬季轮胎配方中,改性植物油替代V700后,胶料的物理性能和生热性能基本不变,耐磨性能显著提高;在保证抗冰、湿滑性基本不变的情况下,胶料的滚动阻力略降低。
The application of modified vegetable oil in the tread compound of winter tire was investigated. The results showed that, the compound possessed better low temperature performance when 75%-80% of petroleum-based plasticizer in the original formulation was substituted by vegetable oil type plasticizer. It was found that among all the vegetable oil based plasticizers ,the modified vegetable oil was the best plasticizer for tread compound. The hardness and modulus of the vulcanizates with modified vegetable oil at low temperature and their retentions were the best. With a modified vegetable oil replacing V700 in the tread compound of winter tire, the physical properties and heat build-up of the compound was kept unchanged, the wear resistance was improved, the ice-skid resistance and wet-skid resistance were the same, and the rolling resistance was lowered.
