摘要 碳纳米管(CNTs)以其优异的物理和力学性质被广泛应用于提升材料宏观性能的研究。为了研究碳纳米管对沥青路用性能的影响,试验采用两种型号的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)制备改性沥青试样,并通过测试不同掺量MWNTs改性沥青的软化点、表观黏度和针入度,分析MWNTs对沥青高温稳定性、黏稠度、感温性和施工和易性的影响,采用沥青弯曲蠕变试验测试改性沥青的低温蠕变性能。试验发现:少量MWNTs可显著提高沥青的黏稠度、高温稳定性以及低温蠕变能力,但会在一定程度上降低沥青的施工和易性,沥青的感温性也会略有增加;随温度的升高,增加MWNTs掺量对沥青性能影响更加显著,针对沥青路用性能而言,利用MWNTs对沥青进行改性,应追求少量高效的目标。 Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been widely used to enhance the macroscopic performance of materials due to their excellent physical and mechanical propeIlies. This paper mainly studies on the road per- tbrmance of multi - walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified asphalt. Two type of MWCNTs were used to prepared modifier asphalt samples. The softening point, viscosity and penetration of modifier asphalt with different dosage of MWCNTs were tested to analyze the effect of MWCNTs on the high temperature stability, temperature sensitivity and workability of asphalt, and the low temperature creep performance of the modified asphalt was tested by BBR test. It is found that a small amount of MWCNTs can significantly improve the vis- cosity, high temperature stability and low temperature creep performance of asphalt, but will reduce the ease of construction and slightly increase asphalt temperature sensitivity. As the temperature rising, MWCNTs im- pact more significant on asphalt performance. It suggests that the use of MWCNTs for asphalt modifying should pursue high efficiency with a small amount.
