摘要
高速高强化发动机对燃油系统的喷油速率提出更高的匹配需求,特别是在高转速、高功率密度运行条件下,要求喷油持续期尽量缩短。本文围绕喷油速率,在共轨喷油器上进行了喷油嘴、控制油路等多参数匹配试验研究,得到了影响喷油持续期的关键参数,为改进设计喷油器、优化喷油速率提供相应的技术策略。
A higher matching demand for fuel injection rate was required with high speed and high power density engine. Especially fu- el injection duration should be further shortened under conditions of high speed and high power density. Through experiments of multi- ple parameters matching, such as injector nozzle and control fuel circuit, key parameters affecting fuel injection duration were obtained finally, and the measures also can be used as basis for top-down design of electronic injector.
