摘要
以一款压缩天然气(CNG)发动机喷嘴为研究对象,研究其在产业化过程中遇到的品质难以批量快速检测的问题,搭建了试验平台,并基于品质控制参数,运用小波滤波算法,结合MATLAB软件,设计了品质检测算法和程序,该程序可利用计算机检测系统,快速采集CNG发动机喷嘴数据,并对喷嘴数据进行高效自动化处理。试验结果表明,本试验系统和算法程序运行良好,准确率达到97.7%,且因减少了人工处理流程,从而显著地提高了生产效率,达到了降低生产成本的目的。
Problem for quality detecting rapidly was put forward in mass production for CNG engine injector. Quality detection algo- rithms and procedures were designed based on wavelet filter algorithm with MATLAB, meanwhile data for CNG engine injector were collected and processed automatically. The experimental results showed that the testing system and algorithms were efficient with 97. 7% accuracy, that will decrease manual process, improve production and reduce cost greatly.
