2015年山东口岸截获特殊物品案例

Cases of entry intercepted special products at Shandong port,2015

目的对山东口岸入境截获特殊物品案例进行汇总分析,为加强特殊物品的检疫监管提供科学依据。方法对2015年山东济南、青岛、烟台、日照、威海等5个口岸截获的特殊物品案例进行数据统计和原因分析,发现问题并提出对策。结果 2015年,山东口岸共截获非法入境特殊物品88批13 587支,货值超1 500万元,美容用特殊物品约占99%,来源以韩国、日本为主,途径以旅客携带和邮寄为主,原因以恶意闯关、法律意识淡薄和不主动申报为主。结论非法入境特殊物品检疫风险不容忽视,需加强宣传教育,完善通报制度,加大处罚力度。

Objective To analyze the cases of entry intercepted special products at Shandong port,and to provide scientific basis for the quarantine and supervision of special products. Methods Through analyzing the data of special products intercepted at Jinan,Qingdao,Yantai,Rizhao,Weihai port in 2015,some problems had been found,and the counter measures were put forward. Results A total of 88 batches （13 587 pieces） of special products entryed illegally had been intercepted,value more than 15 million Yuan. The cosmetics entryed from South Korea and Japan, accounted for about 99%. The main entry ways were caMed baggages and postal parcels because of malicious and undeclared carry,legal consciousness. Conclusion The risk of illegal entryed special products could not be ignored, it should strengthen publicity ,improving the reporting system,and increasing the intensity of punishment.
