2009—2014年新疆口岸出境人员传染病监测结果分析

Surveillance on the communicable diseases among exit persons at Xinjiang ports,2009-2014

目的掌握新疆各口岸出境人员传染病的流行情况,为有效开展传染病防治工作提供依据。方法 2009—2014年,经新疆各口岸出境的193 526名境内人员,检测艾滋病毒抗体(HIV-Ab)、梅毒螺旋体抗体、乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBs Ag)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(HCV-Ab)和肺结核,对检测结果进行分析。结果共检出HIV-Ab阳性138例,检出率为0.08%;梅毒464例,检出率为0.24%;HBs Ag阳性8 590例,检出率为4.44%;HCV-Ab阳性458例,检出率为0.24%;肺结核299例,检出率为0.15%。交通人员、劳务人员和商务人员是传染病的高危人群,各项检出率均较高。HIV-Ab在伊犁地区和喀什地区的检出率较高;梅毒在乌鲁木齐市和塔城地区的检出率较高;HBs Ag在塔城地区、乌鲁木齐市和阿拉山口市的检出率较高;HCV-Ab在阿勒泰地区和喀什地区的检出率较高;而肺结核病例主要集中在喀什地区和乌鲁木齐市。结论应有针对性地加强高危人群和不同地区高发传染病的健康监测,提高传染病监测工作的成效。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of communicable diseases among domestic exit persons at Xin- jiang ports,and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of communicable diseases. Methods The results of health examination and detection including HIV-Ab,TP-Ab,HBsAg,HCV-Ab,pulmonary tuberculosis a- mong 193 526 domestic exit persons at Xinjiang ports from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed. Results A total of 138 cases HIV-Ab positive was found,and the detection rate was 0.08%,464 cases syphilis was found,and the detection rate was 0.24%,8 590 cases HBsAg positive was found,the detection rate was 4.44%,458 cases HCV-Ab was found,and the detection rate was 0.24%,299 cases pulmonary tuberculosis was found,and the detection rate was 0.15%. Traffic staff,laborer and businessman were the high risk groups of communicable diseases,and the rates of detection were higher than other occupations. The detection rate of HIV-Ab was relatively high in Lli and Kashgar area,the detec- tion rate of syphilis was higher in Urumqi and Tarbagatay area.The detection rate of HBsAg was higher in Tarba- gatay,Urumqi and Alataw Pass area. The detection rate of HCV-Ab was relatively high in Ahay and Kashgar area. The cases of tuberculosis were concentrated in Kashgar and Urumqi area. Conclusion It＇s necessary to strengthen the health surveillance of high risk groups and high rate of communicable diseases in different area,to improve the effectiveness of the surveillance of communicable diseases.
