摘要
许多大型药用担子菌被发现具有抗癌、杀菌、降糖、降血脂等活性,成为药物开发的新潜在资源,深受人们青睐。文中对2010年以来的担子菌新结构活性产物根据活性类型进行综述,特别关注了2014年至今中国作者的研究,重点描述次级代谢产物的结构及生物活性。
Many medicinal fungi of Basidiomycota have showed broad pharmacological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-bactericidal, hypoglycemic, anti-hyperlipidemic effects, which become potential new resources for the drug discovery. This review summarizes research progress on the structurally new active products identified from these higher fungi since 2010, and the related products are classified based on their types of the pharmacological activities. More attention is paid on the structures and biological activities of some important secondary metabolites.
