重视做好知识分子工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。新形势下知识分子群体的新变化和知识分子工作面临的新问题对党的建设提出了新挑战。做好新形势下党的知识分子工作,必须坚持以习近平总书记关于知识分子工作的重要讲话精神和新发展理念为指导,针对新形势下知识分子队伍的新变化新特点,深入贯彻落实党的知识分子政策,确立"知识分子是实现中国梦的关键力量"的观念,真正把知识分子工作纳入经济社会发展的总体规划和布局中统筹思考,遵循知识分子工作的特点和规律,按照体制机制要活、政策措施要实、思想政治工作要细、社会环境要优的思路,有效调动广大知识分子的积极性,充分发挥他们在现代化建设中的重要作用,共同为建设创新型国家和世界科技强国凝心聚力。

The emphasis on works concerning intellectuals is the Party＇s good tradition and political advantage. Under the new circumstances, there have been challenges and problems in Party-building due to new types of intellectual groups. Works concerning Party intellectuals should follow the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s significant statements and strategies in development. According to the characteristics of new types of intellectuals groups, the Party should follow the guidelines of works concerning intellectuals and view them as backbones in realizing the Chinese Dream. In accordance with the features and regulations of intellectuals＇ works, the Party should integrate intellectuals into the overall plan and strategies of social development. The Party should create a favorable environment to motivate intellectuals with a flexible system, policies that made for the practical benefits of intellectuals and detailed works of ideological education. By motivating intellectuals＇initiative in socialist modernization, they play as a driving force in promoting the innovation, scientific and technological progress in China.
