Present Situation and Development of Rubber Additives for Conveyor Belt

介绍阻燃输送带、耐热输送带、耐磨输送带、耐酸碱输送带、耐油输送带和耐寒输送带用橡胶助剂的现状与发展。低卤(或无卤)、小发烟量和高效的阻燃剂,长效和综合性能良好的防老剂,高耐磨、高补强、高填充的补强剂以及专用耐磨剂等在输送带覆盖胶中的应用备受关注。随着高性能、节能、环保型输送带的发展,橡胶助剂企业应着力开发低毒(或无毒)和长效产品。

This paper presents current situation and development trends of rubber additives for flame retardant conveyor belt,heat resistant conveyor belt,abrasion resistant conveyor belt,acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt,oil resistant conveyor belt and cold resistant conveyor belt. Highly interested additives were low halogen（or halogen-free）,low smoke and highly efficient flame retardants,long-term antioxidant,super wear-resistant,high-strength,highly-filled reinforcing agent,and special wear resistant additive for cover rubber of conveyor belt. With the development of high-performance,energy-saving and environmentfriendly conveyor belt,rubber additives enterprises should focus on developing low-toxic（or non-toxic） and long-term performing products.
