摘要 融合教育是当今教育领域的主要潮流。融合教育理念在高等特殊教育的实践改革上体现为残疾人进入到普通高校求学。我国高等融合教育经过多年的发展,取得显著的成效,主要表现为:残疾人入学总量稳中有升,培养质量不断提高,高等融合教育体系不断完善,但同时也面临着如下问题与挑战:高等融合教育规模有限、质量欠佳、办学层次低。大学招考制度、过程条件保障不足、落后的残疾观是影响高等融合教育规模和质量的重要原因。为此,建议完善政策法规、拓宽升学渠道、深化个别化教学来促进高等融合教育规模的扩大和质量的提升。 Inclusive education is the main trend of current education. The concept of inclusiveness in the practice of higher special education is embodied in the admission to colleges or universities for the disabled. After years of development, China's higher inclusive education has achieved remarkable results, mainly as follows: the total enrollment of disabled persons has steadily increased, the quality of training has been improved continuously, and the higher inclusive education system has been perfected, but it also faces the following problems and challenges:higher inclusive education is limited in scale, low in quality as well as in educational level.. Through the analysis of this study, it is found that the college enrollment syslem and conditions are insufficient, and the concept of social inclusiveness is the important reason that affects the scale and quality of the higher inclusive education. To this end, it is proposed to improve the policies and regulations, broaden channels for further education and individualized teaching to promote the expansion of higher inclusive education and its quality.
