论骨科康复治疗前后患者的心理变化

The Psychological Changes of Patients Before and Aftertreatment of Orthopedic Rehabilitation

目的探讨不同类型骨损伤患者治疗前后心理变化的影响因素。方法将2013年5月—2016年5月在北京康复医院康复科就诊的180例患者,根据骨损伤类型分成5组,对5组患者进行治疗前后的自卑感、抑郁、心理健康和疲劳测试。结果 C组患者治疗前后,效果较为明显,患者心理变化较为显著,自卑感测试评分为(20.12±4.46)分和(15.78±4.58)分、抑郁测试评分为(28.44±6.48)分和(12.68±4.65)分、心理健康测试评分为(186.96±45.18)分和(143.85±26.32)分、疲劳测试评分为(11.62±3.27)分和(7.69±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义。B组患者治疗前后,患者心理变化不明显,自卑感测试评分为(12.34±2.52)分和(13.38±2.68)分、抑郁测试评分为(9.65±2.52)分和(9.14±1.47)分、心理健康测试评分为(144.32±25.47)分和(112.36±18.67)分、疲劳测试评分为(7.83±1.26)分和(7.12±1.58)分,差异无统计学意义。结论骨损伤的严重程度、性别、年龄、就诊类型等因素对患者的心理变化影响较大。

Objective To investigate the influence factors of psychological changes.in different types of injured patients before and after treatment. Methods May 2013 to May 2016 at Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital rehabilitation treatment of 180 patients were divided into five groups according to the type of bone injury,Inferiority,depression,SCL-90 and FS-14 were tested before and after treatment. Results Group C,The test ratings of Inferiority,depression,SCL-90 and FS-14 were（20.12±4.46）points and 和（15.78±4.58）points、（28.44±6.48）points and（12.68±4.65）points,（186.96±45.18）points and（143.85±26.32）points,（11.62±3.27）points and（7.69±1.24）points,Statistical difference was significant;Group B,The test ratings of Inferiority,depression,SCL-90 and FS-14 were（12.34±2.52）points and（13.38±2.68）points、（9.65±2.52）points and（9.14±1.47）points,（144.32±25.47）points and（112.36±18.67）points,（7.83±1.26）points and（7.12±1.58）points,Statistical difference was not significant. Conclusion The severity of bone damage,sex,age,type of treatment and other factors greater impact on the patient’s psychological changes.
