重型颅脑损伤的手术治疗分析

The Surgical Treatment of Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的研究手术治疗后122例重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗效果及安全性。方法选2015年3月—2016年5月该院收治的重型颅脑损患者122例为对象,随机分观察组和对照组各61例;观察组采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅减压术,对照组采用常规骨瓣减压手术,比较2组疗效、并发症。结果观察组总有效率56(91.80%)、并发症发生率6.56%,均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论标准外伤大骨瓣开颅减压的方法提高了治疗效果,降低患者的伤残、死亡例数,对改善患者病况有积极的影响。

Objective To study the surgical treatment of 122 cases of effect in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and safety. Methods Choose March 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital from the severe brain injury patients with 122 cases as the object,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,61 cases in each; standard large trauma craniotomy are adopted in the observation group,the control group with routine craniectomy,were compared between the two groups of curative effect,complication. Results The total efficiency of 56（91.80%）,6.56% complication rate,were better than that of the control group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The standard trauma big bone craniectomy method improves the therapeutic effect And reduce the patient’s disability,death cases,have a positive effect on improving the patient’s condition.
