摘要
目的对^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT同机图像融合诊断转移性骨肿瘤的临床诊断价值进行分析探讨。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月该院收治的疑似转移性骨肿瘤和不明原因导致骨痛的患者80例,对全部患者都使用全身骨平面显象以及使用SPECT/CT断层同机图像融合进行显像诊断并进行对比分析。结果对骨转移患者进行诊断,平面骨显像的病例符合率为66.67%,病灶符合率为74.50%,SPECT/CT融合显像的病例符合率为100.00%,病灶符合率为100.00%;对良性骨病变患者进行诊断,平面骨显像的病例符合率为61.54%,病灶符合率为64.29%,SPECT/CT融合显像的病例符合率为96.15%,病灶符合率为97.62%。SPECT/CT融合显像均优于平面骨显像(P<0.05)。结论使用^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT同机图像融合诊断转移性骨肿瘤效果明显,安全性高,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of SPECT/CT 99mTc-MDP in the diagnosis and treatment of metastatic bone tumor with the same machine image fusion. Methods Select January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were suspected metastatic 80 patients with bone pain caused by bone tumor and unexplained,of all patients are using planar whole body bone imaging and using SPECT / CT image fusion imaging diagnosis and carries on the contrast analysis. Results The patients with bone metastases were diagnosed,the cases of planar bone imaging with rate was 66.67%,lesions with rate for 74.50%,SPECT / CT fusion imaging were coincidence rate was 100.00%,the coincidence of the lesions rate was 100.00% of benign bone diseases patients with diagnosis,the cases of planar bone imaging with rate was 61.54% lesions consistent with rate was 64.29%,SPECT / CT fusion imaging were coincidence rate was 96.15%,the coincidence of the lesions was 97.62%. SPECT/CT fusion imaging was superior to that of planar bone imaging(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The use of SPECT/ CT 99mTc-MDP with the machine image fusion diagnosis of metastatic bone tumor effect is obvious,high safety,it is worth to further promote the application in clinical.
