住院精神病患者假服药行为心态分析及护理对策

Hospitalized Psychiatric Patients Taking Fake Behavior Psychology and Nursing Strategy

目的分析住院精神病患者假服药行为的心态,探究护理对策。方法选择该院自2015年4月—2016年4月收治的存在假服药行为的73例精神疾病患者,对其临床资料进行回顾下分析。结果 29例因无自知力,20例因药物不良反应,11例因妄想,8例因担心药物引起肥胖或刺激,5例患者企图积累药物自杀。护理前,直接拒绝服药(23/73)31.51%,巧用手段(50/73)68.49%,经过护理后,患者的服药依从性率为(70/73)95.89%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者进行藏药的原因有缺乏自知力、存在被害妄想及企图自杀等,护理人员要及时了解他们的心理,给予相应的护理措施。

Objective Analysis of hospitalized psychiatric patients taking fake behavior mindset explore nursing.Methods Our hospital trom April 2015 to April 2016 the presence of fake medication behavior of 73 cases of mental illness admitted,were retrospectively analyzed under clinical data. Results 29 cases for lack of insight,20 cases of adverse drug reactions,11 cases because of delusions,8 cases for fear of drug-induced obesity or irritation,accumulation of the drug in 5 patients attempted suicide. Former nurse,refused to take direct（23/73） 31.51%,clever use of the means（50/73） 68.49%,after treatment,the patient’s medication compliance rate（70/73） 95.89%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Tibetan medicine has reason patients lack insight,paranoia exists and attempted suicide,nurses should keep abreast of their psychological,given the appropriate care measures.
