120例小儿脑瘫常见伴随障碍及护理措施研究

120 Cases of Children with Cerebral Palsy with Common Barriers and Nursing Research

目的探究小儿脑瘫常见伴随障碍以及相关护理措施。方法收集2013年1月—2015年1月,该院收治脑瘫常见伴随障碍患儿120例,并将这部分人员随机划分成实验组与对照组,每组60例病患。对照组60例病患采用常规护理方法,实验组60例病患结合干预形式康复护理的方法。同时对比两组患者FMA评分与ADL评分情况,以此作为临床护理效果评判依据。结果实验组及对照组瘫痪患儿,经护理后Fugl-meyer运动功能评分和日常的生活能力评分都有明显升高,但是实验组病患好转率明显要比对照组病患高,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑瘫常见伴随障碍患儿采取康复护理干预疗法,对病患生活自理的能力及肢体运动的功能恢复有很好推动作用,临床护理当中应当得到大力推广与使用。

Objective To explore the common pediatric cerebral palsy with obstacles and related nursing measures.Methods Collected in January 2013 to January 2015,in our hospital were common with obstacles,120 cases of children with cerebral palsy,and this part of the staff were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 60 cases of patients. Control group of 60 cases of patients with routine nursing method,the experimental group of 60 cases of patients with combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention in the form of method.At the same time,compared two groups of patients with scores and ADL scores of FMA,as a clinical nursing effect evaluation basis.Results The experimental group and control group for children with paralysis after nursing Fugl- meyer movement function score and daily life ability score has increased significantly,but the experimental group,the patients is significantly higher than the control group patients,two groups of data contrast differences statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion For children with cerebral palsy with common obstacles to rehabilitation nursing intervention therapy,selfcare ability of patients with life and limb movement function recovery has a very good role in promoting,among clinical nursing should be popularized and used.
