护理干预在脑瘫儿康复中的应用效果探究

Nursing Intervention in Children with Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Application Effect Inquiry

目的探究分析护理干预在脑瘫儿康复中应用的护理效果。方法从2014年1月—2015年6月于该院住院治疗的脑瘫儿100例为研究对象,随机分成采用常规护理的对照组50例,与在常规护理基础上采用护理干预的观察组50例,对患儿进行治疗,采用随访的形式,观察护理后患儿6个月后的智力发育水平和运动发育指数等指标。结果观察组护理干预后,通过随访脑瘫儿6个月后的智力发育指数(96.65±1.25)分、运动发育指数(98.25±3.25)分,明显高于随访对照组脑瘫儿6个月后的智力发育指数(82.25±3.65)分、运动发育指数(60.36±2.58)分,差异有统计意义意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长的对康复的态度、配合情况和信心等明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在脑瘫儿康复中的应用效果显著,有效改善脑瘫儿智力发育指数和运动发育指数,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To explore the analysis of nursing intervention in children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation nursing effect applied. Methods From January 2014 to June 2015 hospitalized in our hospital treatment of cerebral palsy children 100 cases for the study were randomly divided into conventional care control group of 50 patients,and the use of nursing intervention observation group of 50 patients in the usual care basis,treatment of children,adopted in the form of follow-up,observe the level of mental development in children after six months of development index and other indicators after care. Results The observation group nursing intervention,children with cerebral palsy through follow-up six months after the mental development index（96.65 ±1.25）points,the development index（98.25 ±3.25）points,significantly higher than children with cerebral palsy after 6 months follow-up mental development index（82.25±3.65）points,the development index（60.36±2.58）points,the differences are significant（P〈0.05）.Observation group arents attitude towards rehabilitation,Such as Composition and aonfidence are significantly higher than the contuol group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation application results are obvious,effectively improve the mental development index and cerebral palsy child development index,effective,worthy of promotion.
