胃液pH值检测联合针对性护理对预防窒息新生儿胃肠功能障碍等相关并发症的效果分析

Effect of pH Value Detection of Gastric Juice Combined with Pertinent Nursing on Prevention of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction and Other Related Complications of Asphyxial New Borns

目的探讨胃液p H值检测联合针对性护理对预防窒息新生儿胃肠功能障碍等相关并发症的效果。方法选取该院2013年3月—2015年6月收治的66例窒息新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字法将患儿分为观察组与对照组,每组33例。两组均检测患儿胃液p H值,观察组根据胃液p H检测结果给予针对性的护理措施,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组胃液p H值的变化情况以及胃肠功能障碍等相关并发症的发生情况。结果组内比较发现,两组治疗第48小时胃液p H值分别为(2.66±0.52)、(2.49±0.78),均较之前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在第72小时时回升,分别为(4.22±1.76)、(4.53±1.49)(P<0.05),两组各时间点组间比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组胃液反流、消化道出血及喂养不耐受发生率分别为6.06%、3.03%、9.09%,与对照组的24.24%、18.18%、33.33%比较均显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃液p H值检测有助于对窒息新生儿胃肠功能的判断,为临床治疗及护理提供指导,联合针对性的护理可显著降低患儿胃肠功能障碍等相关并发症的发生。

Objective To study the effect of p H value detection of gastric juice combined with pertinent nursing on prevention of gastrointestinal dysfunction and other related complications of asphyxial newborns. Methods From March2013 to January. 2015,a total of 66 asphyxial newborns in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group（33 cases）and control group（33 cases）. After p H value detection,patients in the control group were given traditional nursing,the other patients in the observation group were given pertinent nursing in order to compare their p H value changes and occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction and other related complications. Results Found in the group,two groups of treatment of 48 h gastric juice p H value（2.66 ±0.52）,respectively（2.49±0.78）,were decreased than before,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,At 72 h,respectively（4.22±1.76）,（4.53±1.49）（P 〈 0.05）,compared between two groups of each time point group had no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）,Observation group gastric reflux,gastrointestinal bleeding,and the incidence of feeding intolerance are 6.06%,3.03% and 9.09% respectively,compared with the control group 24.24%,18.18%,33.33% were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion p H value detection of gastric juice which is helpful to judge the gastrointestinal function of newborns can provide guidance for clinical treatment and nursing,and also p H value detection of gastric juice combined with pertinent nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of gas-trointestinal dysfunction and other related complications.
