沙柳直接醇解制备乙酰丙酸乙酯的工艺研究 被引量:5

STUDY ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF SALIX PREPARATION OF LEVULINIC ACID ETHYL ESTER BY DIRECT ALCOHOLYSIS

摘要 随着世界经济社会的飞速发展,石化资源的日益枯竭,用生物质资源生产新能源化学品的研究越来越受到人们的重视。本研究利用内蒙古丰富的生物质资源沙柳为原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,稀硫酸为催化剂,在高温条件下,采用直接醇解法制备乙酰丙酸乙酯,用气相色谱内标法来检测产物中乙酰丙酸乙酯及其含量,并考察了料液浓度、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对乙酰丙酸乙酯产率的影响。通过正交实验找出较优醇解反应条件为:料液浓度0.015 g/mL、反应温度170℃、硫酸浓度0.06 mol/L、反应时间3 h。在此条件下对沙柳进行醇解反应制备乙酰丙酸乙酯,产率可达31.83%。 With the rapid development of the world economy and the increasing depletion of fossil resources , using biomass to produce new energy resources and chemicals have received considerable attention worldwide. In this study, the preparation of ethyl levulinate was achieved by direct alcoholysis using Inner Mongolia abundant Salix biomass resources as raw materials in the presence of dilute sulfuric acid as a catalyst in ethanol at high temperature. The presence of ethyl levulinate in Salix biomass were determined by gas chromatography by comparison with authentic sample. Studies for the optimizing reaction conditions such as feed concentration , reaction temperature , reaction time and amount of catalyst to yield ethyl levulinate were performed. The optimal reaction conditions by orthogonal experiments were feed concentration of 0.015 g / mL, the reaction temperature of 170 ℃, sulfuric acid concentration of 0.06 mol / L, and reaction time 3h. Under these conditions, the yield of ethyl levulinate was 31.83%.
