Research on the ability construction of Librarians in University Libraries in the age of“Internet+”

"互联网+"时代高校图书馆馆员的能力建设在高校图书馆的发展中有着举足轻重的作用。尤其在当今"互联网+"背景下高校图书馆面临互联网信息技术飞速发展,馆员信息技术水平落后;服务转型,馆员服务意识转变缓慢;信息传播媒介日新月异,馆员应用创新能力不足的挑战。文中提出通过加强职业素养建设,培养与时俱进的职业道德;树立危机意识,强化馆员服务意识;深化馆员专业造诣,打造专家型服务型人才;提升信息技术开发与应用能力;强化沟通协调能力,促进服务升级五方面加强高校图书馆馆员能力建设。

The ability construction of librarians plays an important role in the development of the Uni- versity Library in the age of＂Internet＋＇.Especially under the background of ＂Internet＋＂, University Li- brary is facing, librarians~ information technology lags behind with the rapid development of Internet in- formation technology; service transformation but change of the service consciousness of the librarians is slow; facing the challenges of the lack of innovation ability of librarians with information media change rapidly. This paper puts forward by strengthening occupation accomplishment construction, train with the occupation morals; build up crisis consciousness and strengthen the service consciousness of the librarians; deepen the librarians＇ professional attainments to build expert service talents; promote the development and application of information technology; strengthen communication and coordination to promote service upgrade five aspects to strengthen the ability of librarians of University Library construction.
