观察新疆问题的一个视角:差异性话语的扩大化和变质

AN ANGLE OF VIEWING XINJIANG'S PROBLEMS:THE MAGNIFIYING AND GOING BAD OF DIFFERENT DISCOURSES

"差异"不仅是中西哲学的常态言说,更是不容否定的现实存在。当下阶段的差异性社会是中国特色社会主义社会持续进行的"出场"形态,是现实物质基础、多元思想文化价值和繁荣发展中国特色社会主义话语的应有之意,也是新疆社会现代化进程中"应有"的不可"缺场"。进而产生于差异性社会基础之上的差异性话语也是"应在"和"实在"的中性"出场"。但基于形而上的直观和杂多的现实人多元、多样和多变特质,不可避免的、或隐或显的存在现实差异性话语的扩大化和变质的"时在"和"常在"。进而在界定"差异性话语""差异性话语的扩大化"和"差异性话语的变质"这三个基本概念的基础上,最终在现实的"差异性话语"辨析和澄明过程中,为新疆社会稳定和长治久安的目标择取路径中化制约为动力提供一个观察新疆问题的视角。

The ＂difference＂ is not only normal saying of Chinese and Western philosophies, also realistic existence that can not be denied. The different society of modern phase is continuous ＂presenced＂ idea of realistically tic discourses with form that the socialism with Chinese characteristics is proceeding, being the due material basis, diverse ideology, cultural value, prosperously developing socialis- Chinese characteristics, being the due indisoensable ＂Dresenced＂ during the modernization of Xinjiang＇ s society too. The different discourses based on the different society are the neutral ＂presence＂ between the two poles of ＂should be＂ and ＂actual being＂ . But the intuition based on metaphysics and the multi-variant, diverse, polytropic peculiarity of motley people in real life, inevitably, implicitly or explicitly, being the ＂being at any time＂ and ＂frequent being＂ with the real magnifying and going bad of different discourses. Thus, through the real discriminating and clarifying different discourses, it provides an angle of viewing Xinjiang＇ s problems during making restraining factors into dynamic factors for Xinjiang＇ s long-term social stability on the basis of three concepts, i.e. ＂the different discourses＂, ＂the magnifying of different discourses＂ and ＂going bad of different discourses＂ .
