缺失与干预:民族地区文化自觉的实证研究——基于广西GZ仫佬族乡的调查

DEFICIENCY AND INTERVENTION:AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON CULTURAL CONCIOUSNESS IN GZ MULAM TOWNSHIP OF GUANGXI

文化自觉是生活在特定文化中的人们对其文化的过去、现在及将来发展的理解、认同及创新的状态,文化自觉本质上是对文化价值的自信与觉醒,是文化自信的前提与基础。文化自觉是全球化下对后发国家与民族提出的一个重大挑战。少数民族文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,亦面临文化自觉与文化自信的问题。基于GZ仫佬族乡的调查发现,文化自觉的缺失源于生存与文化冲突中的主动放弃、现代文明冲击的无奈应对及现代学校教育的潜移默化。由此提出政府—市场—村庄三位一体的导引文化自觉的动力机制,即作为推动文化自觉主导力量的地方政府、以资本下乡形式的市场力量和以村规民约为主要形式的村庄力量共同作用以实现少数民族地区的文化自觉。

Cultural consciousness is the state of understanding, identification and innovation of the people living in a particular culture to the past, present and future development of its culture. It is essentially a self-confidence and awakening of the cultural value and a premise and basis of cultural self-confidence. Cultural consciousness is a great challenge to the developing countries and ethnic groups under globalization. Minority culture is an important part of Chinese culture, and it also faces the problem of cultural consciousness and cultural confidence. It is found from the survey in the GZ Mulam Township that the lack of cultural co originates from the positive aban- don in surviving and cultural conflicts, passive coping with the impacts of modem civilization and the unconscious influence of education in modem schools. This paper puts forward a dynamic mechanism to provide guidance for cultural consciousness, which is co leading force to promote the cultural consciousness, the market in the form of capital investment in countryside and the village force in the main form of village regulations and the villagers＇ agreement. The three forces play functions mutually to achieve cultural consciousness in minority areas.
