摘要 通过控制变量法从树脂、单体、偶联剂的种类,偶联剂、光引发剂、抗氧化剂用量等因素,研究了耐高温紫外光固化丙烯酸聚合物的制备与性能。结果表明,液态异戊二烯橡胶70份,丙烯酸十二脂30份,γ-缩水甘油醚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1份,抗氧化剂BELANOX 6026 0.4份,引发剂3份时,紫外固化丙烯酸聚合物对手机触摸屏与基材玻璃的粘接力最好,且有优异的耐高温性能。 In this paper, the influence of the amount of the photoinitiator, the type of antioxidants and the amount of antioxidants on the production process of the touch-screen mobile phone was studied by means of controlled variables experiment. The preparation and properties of high temperature UV - curable acrylic polymer were studied.The results showed that the adhesive was composed of 70 parts of liquid isoprene rubber, 30 parts of lauryl acrylate, 1 part of γ-glycidyl ether propyltrimethoxysilane (560), 0.4 part of antioxidant BELANOX 6026, UV-curable acrylic polymer has the best adhesive strength to the substrate glass, and has excellent high temperature performance.
