摘要
本研究以正硅酸四乙酯为前驱体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米二氧化硅球形颗粒。探讨研究了不同的制备工艺、催化剂氨水的浓度、正硅酸乙酯的浓度对二氧化硅的颗粒尺寸和单分散性的影响,并对所制备产品进行了微观形貌的测试与表征。
In this study,nano silica spherical particles are prepared by sol-gel process using TEOS as the precursor. Studying the different ways of prepartion, catalyst ammonia concentration and concentration of TEOS, which influence SiO2particle size and monodispersity are studyed, and microstructure of product are tested by SEM.
