摘要 安徽两淮地区隐伏煤田的特点是煤系以上覆盖着从几十到千余米的松散层,地层变化复杂,给钻进护壁带来极大的困难。总结本单位多年来巨厚松散层钻进事故发生的原因,处理时方法、措施和经验教训时发现,在该地区主要事故类型是钻具事故、孔壁事故和套管事故。结合实例,对常见的卡钻事故,埋钻事故,断、脱、跑钻事故、孔壁事故及反丝钻杆的使用经验进行较为详细的说明,为同类地区的钻探施工和事故处理提供了借鉴。 The concealed coalfields in the Huainan and Huaibei areas, Anhui are characterized by tens to thousand more meters loose bed overburden. Complicatedly varied strata have brought difficulties in borehole wall protection. Summarized our drilling accident causes, treatment measures and lessons learned in extra thick loose bed overburden recent years have found that the main accident types in the area have drilling tool, borehole wall and casing accidents. From living examples have specified common drill rod sticking, burying, break, thread off and falling off; borehole wall troubles and reverse threaded drill rod experiences. The study has provided reference for drilling operation and accident treatment in comparable areas.
