摘要 为研究陕北侏罗纪煤田河兴梁井田煤炭资源的清洁高效利用,通过对井田内已施工钻孔的煤质化验数据统计分析基础上,系统分析了5-3煤的煤质特征和工艺性能。采用主要指标分区图的方法,结合煤炭资源评价洁净煤等级的6级划分方案,对煤炭洁净等级进行划分,结果表明5-3煤原煤洁净等级属于Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,为好~较好洁净煤,以Ⅱ级为主,Ⅲ级主要分布在井田的西部及东南角;浮选后,浮煤洁净等级属于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,为特好~好洁净煤,以Ⅰ级为主,Ⅱ级零星分布。 In order to study the clean and efficient utilization of coal resources in Hexingliang minefield , Jurassic coal field in northern Shanxi, and based on the statistical analysis of coal quality testing data of drills which had already been constructed in the mine field, the coal quality characteristics and process performance of No. 5 3 coal were systematically analyzed. Adopting the method of Main index zoning map, combining with the 6 grades division program of clean coal rank in coal resources evaluation, the coal cleanliness grades were divided, the results showed that the clean grade of 5 a raw coal belongs to grade II^III, it is the good ~relatively good clean coal, the major part of the coal is grade II, grade III is mainly distributed in the western part and the southeastern corner of the mine field; after flotation, the grade of float coal belongs to grade I^II, the float coal belongs to special good--good clean coal, and the grade I occupies the most part of the float coal, grade II is mainly scattered distributed.
