摘要
通过选取麦秸、棉秆、稻秆、竹粉、锯末、花生壳、稻壳、玉米秆、油菜秆和树皮等10种有代表性的固体生物质燃料样品,通过正交试验和不同实验室的协同试验,选取不同的试验条件,对电量-重量法测定固体生物质燃料中碳氢测定的精密度和准确度进行了试验研究,并与现行国标GB/T 28734—2012测定结果进行比较。研究结果表明,选用80mL/min氧气流量、6min进样时间、0.065g试样质量、三氧化钨为催化剂等适宜的试验条件,采用电量-重量法可准确测得固体生物质燃料中稳定可靠的碳氢结果。
Ten representative solid biomass fuel samples including wheat straw, cotton straw, rice straw, bamboo powder, sawdust, peanut shell, rice husk, maize straw, rape straw and bark were selected in this study, through the orthogonal test and the cooperative experiment of different laboratories, and diverse test conditions were selected, the precision and accuracy of carbon and hydrogen determination in solid biomass fuel by coulometric-gravimetric method were studied, and the results were compared with the current national standard GB/T 28734--2012 determination results. The studies showed that, choosing the suitable conditions such as 8Oral/rain oxygen flow and 6min sample entering time, weight of 0. 065g and catalytic agent of anhydrous wolframic acid, and using coulometric-gravimetric method, the reliable and stable carbon and hydrogen determination results in solid biomass could be obtained.
