煤炭采制样装置中大粒度煤样缩分器的研发及应用

Research and application of large-size coal sample division machine in coal sampling and sample preparations device

结合大粒度煤样缩分器的工作原理及结构特点,对制样偏倚试验进行离群值检验、差值独立性检验、最大允许偏倚、样本容量核对、灰分偏倚等,探讨了大粒度煤样缩分器在煤炭采制样装置中的应用。研制的大粒度煤样缩分器可有效缩分最大粒度为6mm^50mm粒度的煤样,且缩分精度符合国标规定的要求。

Combining with the working principles and structure characteristics of large size coal sample division machine, the outlier test, difference independence test, maximum allowable bias, sample capacity check and ash bias of sample preparation bias test were done, the application of large size coal sample division machine in sampling and sample preparation device was discussed. The large size coal sample division machine could divide the coal sample with biggest size of 6 mm - 50 mm effectively, and the division precision could meet the requirements of national standard.
