高效液相色谱法测定丹参益坤口服液中芍药苷和阿魏酸

Determination of Paeoniflorin and Ferulic Acid in Danshenyikunkoufurongye by HPLC

目的了解测定丹参益坤口服液中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采Thermo Scientific-C18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-甲醇-5%磷酸(5∶40∶55);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长230 nm,外标法定量。结果芍药苷在0.163~3.264μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.26%,RSD=0.13%(n=6);阿魏酸在0.046 8~0.936 0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.91%,RSD=0.54%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,有较高灵敏度,结果准确,可以用于丹参益坤口服液的质量控制。

Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in danshenyikunkoufurongye. Methods Using Eclipse Plus-C18 Agilengt chromatography column,mobile phase： acetonitrile-methanol-5% phosphoric acid（ 5∶ 40∶ 55）. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min;detection wavelength 320 nm,external standard method quantitative. Results Paeoniflorin in 0. 163 -3. 264 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）,the average recovery rate was 98. 26%,RSD = 0. 13%（ n = 6）. Ferulic acid in 0. 046 8 - 0. 936 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）,the average recovery rate was 97. 91%,RSD = 0. 54%（ n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza oral solution.
