摘要
结合东南亚某大型船坞工程,针对两坞并排建设的工程条件,运用ANSYS有限元软件分析超长混凝土结构的温度应力,通过加配温度应力钢筋和设置后浇带等合理方式应对温度应力问题,最终于该船坞坞口建设中成功运用205m长的超长混凝土结构。研究结论可作为今后类似大型船坞工程参考。
There are two dry docks constructed side by side simultaneously in a particular large-scale dry dock construction project at Southeast Asia. ANSYS FEM software is applied to analyze for lhis super-long concrete structure to solve the temperature stress problems. Based on analysis results, some reasonable measures such as installing additional reinforce- ment bars and setting post-casling band are suggested to reduce the temperature stress. The dock entrance structure of 205 m length is constructed successfully. The result of this re- search can provides reference for future similar engineering structure design.
