摘要
83 000m^3大型液化气船(Very Large Gas Carrier,VLGC)的液货舱与船体结构连接处建造监控点较其他船型多且复杂,精度控制要求高。为了提高监控点安装精度,提升施工及精度检测效率,通过对83 000m^3 VLGC建造监控点的设计和施工要点进行研究和总结,得到现行建造监控点的生产设计难点,并对设计方法和测量方法进行针对性优化,为该类型船舶的现场施工提供可靠的精度控制方法和参考数据。
Construction monitoring in the joint between tank of 83 000 m3 Very Large Gas Carrier(VLGC) and hull are complex and requires high accuracy control compared to that of other carriers. In order to improve the installation accuracy, the construction efficiency and precision of detection, the key points of the construction monitoring in VLGC from the design and construction points are studied and summarized, production design difficulty of construc- tion monitoring is obtained, and design and measuring methods to provide better reliable accu- racy of construction monitoring are optimized specifically. It provided reference data and accu- racy control for design and construction of VLGC.
