中国古代书院文化对当代大学教育的启示

Enlightenment of Chinese Ancient Academy Culture on Contemporary University Education

近年来,我国的传统书院教育模式成为学界普遍关注的一大问题。文章通过回顾我国古代书院兴衰发展的历史过程,从中探索书院在选址、藏书、祭祀、教学方式、师生关系及道德教育方面的特点与价值。通过研究,从注意大学物质文化品位建设,加强校园礼仪文化建设,运用灵活多样的教学方式,培养良好师生关系以及在生活中积极践行道德教育这五个方面来阐明书院教育对当代大学教育的启示意义。

In recent years, the traditional academy education mode in China has become a major concern in the academic field. This paper explores the characteristics and value from the academies in site selection, collection, sacrifice, teaching methods, the relationship between teachers and students, and the moral education by reviewing the historical process of the rise and fall of ancient academies in China. Through the research, it is clear to illustrate the enlightenment of college education on the contemporary universities from the five aspects of paying more attention to the construction of the material and cultural quality of the university, strengthening the construction of campus etiquette culture, using the flexible and diverse teaching methods, cultivating the good teacher- student relationship and practicing moral education in life.
