摘要
为了解高校教学系统结构—功能,基于教学系统主体之一"教师"的视角,编制问卷实施调查并对有效数据进行探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析及结构方程模型分析。结果显示,问卷具有良好的信效度,结构方程模型可作为研究高校教学系统结构—功能的工具;系统功能的发挥既取决于系统各要素自身状况,又受系统结构的影响,且不同类型高校教学系统结构存在个别差异。建议高校管理部门采用系统性思维,结合各类型高校自身特点开展教改工作。
In order to understand the structure function principle of teaching system in universities from the teachers' subject perspective, this study compiles a questionnaire and carries out a survey on the implementation, and makes exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results shows that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and structural equation model can be used as an effective tool to study the structure and function of teaching system. The function of teaching sys- tem not only depends on the condition of each factor, but also the influence of the system structure. There exits minor differences in the structure of teaching system among different types of universities. It is suggested that the management department in universities should adopt systematic thinking mode, and combine with the characteristics of different types of universities to carry out the work of teaching reform.
