摘要
新世纪以来,日本技术科学大学进行了以下教学改革:整合专业课程,超前规划柔性化应用技术人才的培养;变革教学模式,全面建立并提升人才培养各相关子系统之间的有机联系;科学发展师资,推动教师教学能力的提升以及队伍建构的合理化发展;创新合作办学,探索国际化应用技术人才培养的创新途径和多元化发展模式。研究新世纪以来日本技术科学大学的教学改革,有助于推进我国新建本科院校向应用技术大学的转型。
Since the start of 21st century, a wide range of teaching reforms have been conducted in universities of technology and science in Japan : redesigning curriculum of specialized courses to have an ahead - of- time cultivation plan of talents with applied technology competence to meet diverse job demands; reforming teaching mode to establish a comprehensive talents cultivation system and improve the interrelation within the system ; developing scientific faculty to foster the improvement of their teaching ability and structure ; creating an Innovative joint -education programs and exploring creative modes of applied technology talents'cultivation and diversified development modes of the talents. The study of teaching reform in Japanese universities of technology and science can help to promote the transformation of universities from newly established undergraduate colleges to the universities of applied technology.
