摘要
为了提高汽车产品的开发效率,务必要加强对产品开发的高效管理。通过对汽车产品开发过程的剖析,根据产品开发的特点比照丰田精益生产的"7种浪费",对产品开发管理开展相关浪费解析,表述各种浪费的特征和示例,并对产品开发失败的其他原因开展分析。针对管理不善所带来的诸多弊端,寻求改善措施,进而提高产品开发效率,从而实现高效开发。
In order to improve the efficiency of product development, it is necessary to strengthen the efficient management of product development. Through the analysis of the automobile product development process, compared with TOYOTA lean production ＂Seven Wastes＂ on the basis of the characteristics of product development, waste problem related to management of product development is analyzed, presenting waste feature and waste example, at the same time the other factors for the failure of product development are analyzed. Focused on trouble created by poor management, the improvement should be sought to upgrading the efficiency of product development, realizing the target of efficient development.
