汽车第3代轮毂轴承单元的振动测试与分析

摘要 汽车第3代轮毂轴承单元的振动测试技术还处在起步阶段,为研究其振动规律,采用国内某公司生产的加速度振动测试仪,对轮毂轴承单元进行振动测试,得出其时域和频域波形图,通过分析波形图的有效值和峰值等指标,发现产品的域值出现突变现象。结果表明,域值突变的汽车第3代轮毂轴承单元振动现象较为明显,有助于发现产品在设计和生产中存在的缺陷和质量问题,为轮毂轴承单元的振动测试、试验分析和优化设计提供了理论支撑和实践指导。 The research and development of the automobile third generation hub bearing unit is still in the early stage, in order to study the vibration law of the car third generation hub bearing unit, the vibration acceleration testing instrument produced by a domestic company is used for vibration test of the hub bearing unit, the time domain and frequency domain waveform is obtained, it is found that the product value domain mutation phenomenon is appeared through the waveform analysis of hub bearing unit effective value, peak value and other indicators. The results show that the vibration mutation of auto third generation hub bearing unit is more obvious, which is helpful to find the defects and product quality problems in production and design, provide theoretical support and practical guidance design for vibration test, test analysis and optimization of the hub bearing unit.
