基于MATLAB的支架装配精度优化算法

摘要 在轿车实际装配过程中,装配精度会直接影响整车的品质。为了分析某电动车充电机支架的装配误差,提出了四连杆分析法,对支架的装配精度进行分析并对其公差进行优化,在优化过程中使用MATLAB软件编写了通用化程序。经过在CATIA软件和实际装车中验证,MATLAB程序的计算结果准确,支架与充电机安装孔匹配良好,相关固定孔尺寸及公差的设置均合理。该方法为优化设计节省了大量时间,极大地提高了工作效率。 In the actual assembly process of passenger car, assembly accuracy can affect the quality of passenger car directly. The assembly accuracy of the charging generator is analyzed and its tolerance is optimized using four-linkage analysis in order to analyze the assembly error for an electric car motor bracket, at the same time the commonly used program is written using MATLAB in the process of optimization. In the actual assembly process of an electric car and verification with CATIA, it indicates that MATLAB calculation result is accurate, the matching of positioning holes for the bracket and the charging generator is better, and the setting for the related fixed hole dimension and its tolerance is available. This method can save a lot of time to optimize the design, greatly improve the efficiency of work.
