铁路消防高风险源的调查分析和管控对策——以上海铁路公安处为视角

A Survey and Analysis of the High-risk Sources of Railway Firefighting and the Countermeasures——From the Perspective of Shanghai Railway Public Security Division

近年来,随着铁路建设步伐的加快和铁路经营体制改革的不断深入,铁路运能运量进一步加大,铁路消防管理存在的问题也随之增多。加强消防高风险源管控,确保铁路消防安全尤为重要。应及时排查管内消防安全高风险场所,分析高铁车站、铁路货场、多集经出租房屋三类场所消防管理存在的问题及原因,完善机制,明确责任,加大宣传,建立隐患查改和责任追究制,切实筑牢高风险场所的消防安全屏障。

In recent years, along with the increase of railway construction and the deepness of railway operation system reform, railway transport capacity and volume have been enlarged, so railway firefighting has more and more problems. To enhance the control of high-risk sources of firefighting is very important. We should check high-risk places, analyze the firefighting problems in high-speed train stations, railway yards and rented houses, improve the system, clarify responsibility, expand publicity, establish the system of checking and correcting hidden troubles, and build a strong barrier of firefighting in high-risk places.
