犯罪现场血迹形态的内在关系探讨

On the Inner Relations of the Bloodstain Patterns at the Crime Scene

摘要 犯罪现场的血迹形态有多种类型,包括滴落状血迹、喷溅状血迹、抛甩状血迹、流柱状血迹、擦拭状血迹、血泊等,在案件中表现出各种各样的内在联系。在一个案件中,同一种血迹形态可能出现在不同的案件阶段;在同一案件阶段,某一血迹形态又可能转变成其他血迹形态。通过对各种血迹形态之间的内在关系进行分析,可以判断案件发生的过程和动作的顺序变化等,对分析还原案件具有至关重要的作用。 There ' re lots of bloodstain patterns at the crime scene, including drip-like bloodstain, splashed bloodstain, flung bloodstain, column-like bloodstain, wiping-like bloodstain and blood pool. Various relations can be showed in a case. While solving a case, the same bloodstain pattern may appear in different periods; in a period during solving a case, a certain bloodstain pattern may change to be anther pattern. To analyze and discuss about the inner relations among bloodstain patterns is very important for analyzing and restoring the case, through which the proceeding and action order of the case can be concluded.
